Research Center
Established in 2002, CIDCO is one of the largest hydrospatial research centers in Canada.
CIDCO is incorporated as a non-profit organization which gives it a high degree of independence and flexibility in its action plan. CIDCO works in partnership with several Canadian, American and European companies as well as governments and universities on research projects related to the integration, calibration and use of sensors in the field of mobile LiDAR and bathymetry. Since 2016, CIDCO engages in software development for data acquisition, automatic calibration, real-time data processing and artificial intelligence. Through its numerous institutional and private partnerships, CIDCO intervenes at every level of technological maturity from fundamental principles to valorisation.
